- Shifts available: 7:00am - 3:00pm (M-F), 3:00pm - 5:00pm (M-F), 5:00pm - 7:00pm (M-F), 7:00pm -7:00 am (M-F), 7:00a-3:00p (Sat/Sun), 3:00p-7:00p (Sat/Sun), 7:00p-7:00a (Sat/Sun)
- Types of Cases: Bariatric, ENT, IR, GYN, Podiatry, Spine, Urology, Endo, OMFS, Dental, Plastics
- Supervision or independent: CRNA's performing Operative Cases under medical direction of an anesthesiologist: 100%
- Specific requirements/restrictions: ALL incoming clinicians must have active PALS, ACLS, AHA, BLS and TB Test, Must have Active Florida License & DEA, Credentialing requirement: 24 months of case logs, There is a radius restriction where clinicians must reside 45 miles/ 1 hour from the site.
