Traveling New Accounts Teller (20 Hours) – Utah County Minimum pay is $19 per hour. Responsibilities Provide quality service while protecting the branch against loss. Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations. Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques, including lending applications, cross‑selling of bank services and products, and assisting clients in every area of banking. Process cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience, or successful completion of company‑approved training. Previous teller experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking. Working knowledge of math. Solid balancing and customer service skills. Ability to cross‑sell bank products based on clients' needs. Location & Travel Retail Support covers a geographical area; mileage reimbursement is provided when traveling over 25 miles round trip. Primarily supports branches in Utah County; may also cover shifts as far north as South Salt Lake.
