Desktop & Field IT Support Specialist - Flexible Hours
Sky Systems, Inc. (SkySys)
An IT solutions provider based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota is seeking a field support technician responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues in IT Infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, basic knowledge of LAN and WAN setups, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Preferred qualifications include an Associate Degree in Electronics, CompTIA A+ Certification, and experience with ticketing tools.
