Key Responsibilit iesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requiremen ts.Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criter ia.Work with banks and internal stakeholders to understand payment processing nee ds.Support implementation of payment products across ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, and SWI FT.Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement walkthroug hs.Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the SD LC.Support UAT, production issue analysis, and client escalatio ns.Conduct gap analysis and recommend product enhancemen ts.Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and payment regulatio ns. Required Qualificat ions10 +years of experience in Banking or Payme nts.Strong Business Analyst understanding of ACH, Fedwire, RTP, FedNow, and SWIFT payment process ing.Knowledge of ISO 20022 payment messag ing.Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance crite ria.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodolog ies.Familiarity with JIRA and Conflue nce.Excellent communication and stakeholder management ski lls. Preferred Qualifica tionsExperience with payment hubs or payment modernization platf orms.Knowledge of compliance, sanctions screening, OFAC, AML, and fraud cont rols.Experience with APIs, payment integrations, and file-based payment proces sing.Exposure to banking products and treasury management sys t ems.
