Provide friendly customer service to all guests and co-workers. Receive cleaning assignments from facility managers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of different types of floor coverings is sufficient to determine proper methods of maintenance and appropriate cleaning methods, materials, agents and equipment.

-Ability to clean assigned sidewalks, so that orderly appearance and accessibility are ensured by shoveling snow and operating snowblowers, applying sand and/or deicers and removing ice and removing rubbish and materials

-Must possess a valid MN driver's license.

-Ability to obtain Federal Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

-Involved in development and implementation of Preventative Maintenance Programs.

-Heavy equipment operator experience.

-Leadership and team experience.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform repetitive motions with various types of equipment and tools on a regular basis. Requires occasionally lifting articles of 50-pound weight maximum and frequently lifting and / or carrying object such as vacuums, mops and buckets. This job may require working, including walking or standing, for prolonged periods of time. This job may also require working outside in inclement weather conditions. Some equipment operations. Ability to climb and work off ladders.
