Digital Advisor I

Digital Advisor I (Contract – 18 Months + Possible Extension) Location: Chino, CA (Hybrid). Pay: $42‑45 an hour on W2 (DOE). We are seeking a professional to support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Company’s Safety Management System (SMS). The SMS provides a structured, repeatable framework that promotes proactive identification and communication of safety risks through strong Worker and Leader Engagement. This role will contribute to key SMS initiatives, including Risk Management, Management of Change (MoC), Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), and Human Organizational Performance (HOP). Key Responsibilities Support SMS implementation activities, including tracking, presenting, and analysing complex information. Analyze data within risk, MoC, and QA/QC applications such as Excel, Enablon, and Power BI. Identify and elevate issues to management as needed. Recommend and implement process improvements based on risk assessments, MoC, and QA/QC findings. Collaborate with peers and cross‑functional teams to support safety initiatives and deliverables. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and coordination skills to guide teams through processes and deliverables. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools, including PivotTables and charts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience presenting and communicating with senior leaders and executives. Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS). Experience working within the electric utility industry.
