What You'll Do:

Provide educationally relevant occupational therapy services using evidence-based practices.
Conduct activity and environmental analyses to identify barriers to student participation.
Develop and implement occupational therapy plans of care, including interventions for sensory processing, self-regulation, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with students, families, and educational staff to set goals and benchmarks; explain IEP and SDI objectives clearly.
Guide students in therapy regimens and use/adaptation of equipment and assistive technology.
Document evaluations, progress, and interventions; ensure compliance with reporting standards.
Advocate for students and support inclusive educational opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

Valid Ohio OT license and Ohio State Board of Education Pupil Services credentials.
Knowledge of documentation tools, assessment materials, and resources for therapy planning.
Collaborative mindset and communication skills for working with families and staff.
Satisfactory fingerprinting and criminal records check results (provided for free by MCESC!).
