Data Analyst We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights and help drive strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy Support data-driven decision-making across teams Automate repetitive data processes where possible Required Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Basic knowledge of Python or R (preferred) Understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field 1–4 years of experience in data analysis or similar role Preferred Skills: Experience with large datasets and databases Knowledge of ETL processes Familiarity with business intelligence tools Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Soft Skills: Good communication skills Attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively Time management and multitasking Ova Technologies
