DISHWASHERHourly wage: $17.87 - $18.00 per hourReports to:Head ChefSous ChefManagersDepartment:BOHPositions Classification: FLSA Non-Exempt, Hourly EmployeeJob Responsibilities:This position is responsible for washing all dishes, kitchen equipment, and food preparation equipment. They maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas including the line, BOH prep areas, storage, and walk-in. Monitors dishwashing machine to ensure proper operation, cleans and maintains dish machine and equipment. Puts dishes back in designated areas. Assists in cleaning kitchen--including cleaning counters, sweeping and mopping the floors. Ensures proper garbage and trash disposal and removal. Assists with kitchen preparation, if applicable.This position is required to report to their shift on time, using the time clock to check in and out.
