Bilingual Human Resource Specialist

Oversee the rollout and enforcement of company policies and standard operating procedures. Manage talent for key contributor and management roles, designing training and development programs to raise knowledge and capability. Partner with department heads to guide and implement performance management processes. Handle employee relations matters, including injuries, workers compensation, complaints, and conflict resolution. Monitor HR operating costs and manage the HR budget to optimize resources. Serve as a strategic advisor to department leaders to support organizational growth and success. Develop and nurture talent to drive long-term company success.
