Senior Process Engineer

Hiring: Senior Process Engineer
Location: Bloomington, IN
Pay Rate: $56 $62/h on W2
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize fill-finish lines and isolator performance
Troubleshoot aseptic filling processes in a cGMP environment
Support automated vial filling equipment and associated systems
Troubleshoot and improve EMA and Optima filling lines
Support formulation, filling, and autoclave operations
Identify process issues and implement effective improvements
Analyze equipment/process performance and improve reliability
Develop, revise, and maintain SOPs, batch records, and process documentation
Work closely with manufacturing and cross-functional teams
Provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements:
Strong Process Engineering experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing
Hands-on experience with aseptic processing and sterile fill-finish operations
Experience with automated vial filling equipment
Experience with EMA and/or Optima filling lines strongly preferred
Experience troubleshooting isolators and filling processes
Strong understanding of cGMP manufacturing requirements
Familiarity with autoclave and formulation/filling processes
Experience with SOPs, batch records, and process documentation
Reliability Engineering experience is a plus
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
