• 25% Commission on Gross (NEW & USED)

• Up to $200 Mini

• Volume bonuses up to $3,000/month

• Gas & Demo Allowances up to $200/month

Bonus Structure That Rewards Producers

• 9-11.5 units ? $550 bonus

• 12-14.5 units ? $300 bonus

• 1516.5 units ? $1,000 bonus

• 1720.5 units ? $1,500 bonus

• 2124.5 units ? $2,000 bonus

• 2529.5 units ? $2,500 bonus

• 30+ units ? $3,000 bonus

What We Expect (And Reward)

This is NOT a place to coast.

To qualify for bonuses:

• 90%+ Customer Satisfaction (NPS)

• Minimum 5 customer surveys/month

• Strong online reviews (Google, DealerRater, etc.)

• High engagement with Mazda connected services

Minimum performance standard: 10 units/month
