Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include the following:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the individual mental health needs of clients.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on established therapeutic goals.
  • \n
  • Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices.

  • Monitor and document client progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

  • Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or those living in remote areas.
  • \n
  • Participate actively in regular staff meetings, clinical supervision, and peer supervision to cultivate professional growth and enhance clinical skills.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including couples, children, teens, and families, many of whom may be facing trauma, anxiety, or other mental health issues. Your expertise will help foster growth and recovery for clients from various backgrounds, including a focus on providing culturally competent care for clients of color and the LGBTQIA+ community.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • \n
  • A current and valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • \n
  • A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in clinical techniques relevant to couples, family dynamics, and children’s mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience working with minority populations and in settings that promote diversity and inclusion will be highly valued. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based interventions will enhance your effectiveness within our team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
