We are looking for a top-tier Sales Representative to drive our membership sales, convert leads into clients, and build strong relationships with our customers both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Membership Sales (In-Person & Phone) : Actively sell membership packages to first-time guests and existing non-members, both in person and over the phone . You’ll explain the benefits, overcome objections, and consistently convert guests into members .
• Lead Conversion : Contact leads by phone and follow up with potential clients to book appointments . You will be responsible for ensuring leads are converted into actual bookings.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling : Recommend additional services and products based on each client’s needs, whether in-person or over the phone, with a goal to maximize sales .
• Client Relationships : Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to increase repeat business and referrals .
• Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, track your performance against KPIs, and report regularly to management.
• Follow-Up : Ensure clients attend their appointments and upgrade their memberships when appropriate.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with stylists and management to provide an excellent client experience and drive overall studio sales .

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

• Proven Sales Success : You have demonstrated experience in a sales-driven role , with measurable success in meeting or exceeding targets, including over the phone . Experience in a beauty or wellness environment is a plus.
• Phone Sales Experience : You are comfortable with phone-based sales and know how to handle objections, close deals, and convert leads into clients through phone conversations.
• Customer-Centric Mindset : You know how to build rapport with clients and turn leads into loyal customers .
• Strong Communication Skills : You are an expert at handling objections , presenting benefits, and closing deals, whether in person or over the phone.
• Goal-Oriented : You thrive on achieving ambitious sales targets and are constantly seeking new challenges .
• Technical Proficiency : Experience with CRM systems or sales tracking software is a bonus.

 

Compensation:

 

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $20 to $25 per hour , based on experience, plus commissions on retail sales and memberships.
• Bonuses available for exceeding membership and retail sales targets.
• California Wage and Hour Compliance : This position is classified as non-exempt under California wage and hour law. You will be eligible for overtime pay, paid rest breaks, and unpaid meal breaks according to state law.

Physical Requirements:

 

• On a regular basis, requires the ability to sit or stand for a minimum of 4 hours .
• On a regular basis, requires the ability to reach with hands and arms, and handle office or promotional materials.
• Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs occasionally.
• On a frequent basis, may require the ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch
