As a BT, you will play a vital role in providing personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients across diverse environments. Job Summary: As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will: Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA. Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes. Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning. Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition. Behavior Technician (BT) Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment. Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
