Home Caregiver

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

At Touching Hearts at Home, we're looking for caregivers and CNAs who bring patience, compassion, and reliability to the people they serve. Your work can help a senior maintain their independence while giving their family peace of mind.

We provide compassionate in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with activities of daily living

Requirements

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
