About the Opportunity We are recruiting a Change Management Consultant Manager to support the phased implementation of a change management strategy for a large technology modernization program in the federal sector.The role involves working with client sites throughout the United States, with deployment schedules that may vary by project phase. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Availability to travel Monday through Friday to client locations across the United States; up to five days per week as required. Experience with formal change management frameworks such as Prosci. Minimum six years of professional experience, including at least two years in management or team leadership; hands‑on change management delivery, stakeholder engagement, communications, and management. Minimum five years of applied professional experience in leading change management strategies in client delivery environments. Demonstrated experience supporting or leading business development efforts, including proposals, client‑ready materials, and discussions that shape solutions. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Technical aptitude; quick learner of new technology platforms. Successful completion of required background investigations, drug testing, and routine vaccinations. Eligibility to obtain a Tier 3 Public Trust clearance. Role‑Specific Consulting Competencies Sound professional judgment, knowing when to solve independently, seek input, or engage senior stakeholders. Effectively leads through ambiguity by creating structure from incomplete or evolving information. Owns team delivery and quality: sets priorities, provides structure, guides execution, develops team members, and maintains accountability. Applies systems thinking: anticipates impacts, identifies risks and dependencies, and understands how actions affect broader project outcomes and stakeholder readiness. Desired Skills & Additional Qualifications Experience leading large‑scale technical change management initiatives, ideally in federal health or similarly regulated industries. Experience working within clinical care settings such as hospitals, ambulatory clinics, or outpatient environments. Experience coordinating across large, matrixed programs or multi‑vendor environments. Prosci or CCMP certification preferred. Compensation Starting salary range: $117,000 – $130,000, reflective of the DMV (District of Columbia/Maryland/Northern Virginia) job market and based on experience and location.
