Immigration Paralegal

Job Description Root Law Group is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to assist with both EOIR and USCIS matters. Responsibilities Prepare and file EOIR and USCIS applications, petitions, motions, and supporting documents. Manage case deadlines and maintain case files. Communicate with clients and government agencies. Assist attorneys with case preparation from intake through case completion. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of experience handling both affirmative and defensive immigration matters, including asylum, family-based immigration, adjustment of status, naturalization, waivers, and humanitarian relief. Experience preparing applications such as Forms I-589, EOIR-42B, I-485, I-751, N-400, I-601/I-601A, U Visas, and related immigration filings is strongly preferred.
