A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER

In this full-time position, you play a vital role in the success of our auto company. As customers come in, you warmly welcome them and assist with any questions or concerns. The majority of your time is spent answering phones, scheduling appointments, ordering parts, advising customers, managing loaner vehicles, taking payments, and checking customers in and out.
