Maintenance Staff

Maintenance (Seasonal)

Responsible for general maintenance, minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical and other repairs. Perform outstanding guest service on a daily basis. Maintain interdepartmental lines of communication, and interact on a daily basis with guests and resort staff.

Knowledge of general maintenance tools and techniques required.

• Performs minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
• Performs general maintenance.
• Selects needed tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintains shop, vehicles and equipment.
• Uses or holds materials or tools and cleans work area and equipment.
• Ability to recognize and take appropriate action regarding hazards and safety issues.
• May work inside, outside, in rooms and public areas.
• Ensures good safety practices.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with little supervision.
• Foster positive working relationships and communication with all departments.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to pass Ruttger's background check.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to be insured under Ruttger's policy to drive company vehicles.
• Stand; walk; sit; kneel; lift; push; pull; reach with arms and hands; move objects weighing up to forty (40) pounds.
