Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Requirements:
• Active NC License
• Board Certified NP (ANCC or AANP)
• DEA & CSR/CDS
• BLS
• Clean Record
• Minimum 5-7 years NP experience
• Most recent NPDB Report (within 30 days active)
• Experience with frail/elderly populations (or willingness for training)
