Respiratory Therapist

Role: Respiratory Therapist responsible for providing respiratory care, oxygen services, diagnostic testing, and ventilation support to patients of all ages. Key Duties: Performs therapeutic procedures, monitors and weans oxygen and ventilation, analyzes arterial blood gases and EKGs, assists with airway management, and documents clinical information. Educates patients and staff on treatments, maintains certifications, and ensures compliance with healthcare standards. Qualifications: Associate's Degree, current state license, credentialed as a Certified Respiratory Therapist, BLS certification, and NRP certification for NICU-trained therapists. ACLS certification required within 90 days. Skills & Abilities: Proficient in computer applications, effective communication, strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
