What You'll Do Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus and resident dietary requirements Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines Assist with food preparation, storage, stocking, and inventory management Work closely with the dietary team to provide an exceptional dining experience for residents What We're Looking For Previous cooking experience required Healthcare, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or institutional kitchen experience preferred Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork skills and a positive, resident-focused attitude Why Join Marin Post Acute?
