CareMaster Medical Services - We are seeking a compassionate and reliable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to assist with patient admissions and annual assessments. This is a flexible, per diem role ideal for an experienced RN looking for supplemental income or a more flexible schedule. Responsibilities: Conduct patient admissions, including comprehensive assessments and documentation. Perform annual visits in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the EMR. Provide excellent patient-centered care and education. Requirements: Current RN license in Georgia Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health, hospice, or primary care preferred) Strong assessment and documentation skills Reliable transportation for field visits Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations Schedule: PRN / Flexible Hours As needed for admissions and annual visits #J-18808-Ljbffr
