Key Responsibilities

• Participate in patient assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with patient plans, adjusting for age-specific physiological needs as directed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient care records.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a Compact state or the relevant regional licensure.
• No prior work experience required; positive interpersonal skills and effective communication are essential.

Requirements

• Knowledge of age-specific physiological and psychosocial patient needs.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Speech and auditory acuity for effective communication.
• Visual acuity to observe patient conditions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
