As a Polysomnographic Technologist at Southwest Health System, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient wellbeing through comprehensive Polysomnographic testing and analysis. Under the supervision of a certified Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or a qualified clinical director, you'll conduct essential diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, vigilantly monitor patients, and ensure precise data collection. Your expertise will not only aid in accurate diagnoses but will also empower you to educate patients on sleep-related treatments, fostering a deeper understanding of their health.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Regulatory/Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS certification
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or
• Certified Polysomnographic Technologist (CPSGT) or
• A Registered Sleep Technologist (RST)
• A minimum of 1 one-year applicable clinic setting experience.

Language Skills:

• Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• Additional language preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
