We’re looking for a Store Manager who will drive sales, build and develop a fanatical team, and create buzz through customer engagement and social media. You will handle all aspects of store operations and lead talent growth. What You’ll Do Ensure the store achieves sales plan and comp sales goals. Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team. Create buzz and customer engagement via social media, web apps, and clienteling. Operate an effective business with structure, delegation, autonomy, and customer‑first selling. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors impacting business. Communicate trends and customer feedback with retail leadership and HQ partners. Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit sales targets. Adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and control supply ownership. Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time. Build a bench of talent through mentorship, recognition, and feedback. What You’ll Need 1–2 years of retail store management experience. High school diploma or GED equivalent (degree preferred). Ability to thrive in fast‑changing retail environment. Open‑mindedness and curiosity about pop‑culture fandoms and music trends. Physical capability to navigate store, merchandise, and handle up to 50 lbs of merch.
