Description: The unit has 5 procedure rooms. There are 25 staff members on the team. Day shifts are 12 hours, with staff organized into 3-4 person teams. Cath lab hours are 7:00 AM to 7:35 PM. The electronic medical records system used is Merge and MACLAB. There is no on-call requirement for EP staff. The most recruited skill set includes travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters. Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role. Candidates with experience in the EP lab and MACLAB will be prioritized. Typical procedures performed include PFA, SVT, and PVCs. An outgoing personality is preferred for this position. Willingness to work and adapt is essential for team dynamics. Unit policies and guidelines will be provided upon hire. This is a competitive market, and new equipment and technology are available. The tenure and experience level of the staff are significant.
