Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Boise, ID Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,082 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/8/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Mindlance Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Boise, Idaho, 83701. Unit: Float Pool | RN Float Pool – ICU/ER/MedSurg/Tele/L&D/NICU coverage across Boise, Meridian, and Nampa facilities. RNs will float within their specialty and may serve as a 1:1 sitter in any area as needed. Typical units include ER, ICU, MedSurg, Tele, L&D/PP, NICU. Ratios vary by unit (e.g., ER 1:4, ICU 1:1–2, MedSurg 1:5, Tele 1:4, NICU 1:4). Required certifications: BLS for all staff; ACLS and NIHSS for Tele and Critical Care; TNCC for ED. Experience: 2 years in the specialty and prior travel experience preferred. Antepartum and mother-baby experience is highly preferred for L&D travelers. Drip/titration: ICU, ER, Tele, and related units require titration capabilities. Common titratable/drips include insulin in MedSurg or unit-specific protocols. Shifts: 0700–1900 or 1900–0700; no self-scheduling. Block scheduling may be attempted but cannot be guaranteed. Orientation: Meet-and-greet day 1 plus 3 inpatient orientation shifts. Note: A radius rule of 50 miles applies. Candidate perm address required in submittal to confirm compliance before profile review. Travelers are first to float, may float at any time during a shift to different units or facilities as needed. Parking is safe and facilities are located off the interstate. Dress Code: Clean and professional; no specific scrub color required. Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week. Contract Weeks: 91.
