Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$2392.92/week - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess patients upon arrival to identify immediate care needs and prioritize interventions. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and medical directives. Administer treatments, medications, and interventions following established protocols and standards. Supervise and support nursing staff, including LPNs, nursing attendants, and technicians, ensuring adherence to care plans. Observe, evaluate, document, and communicate patient responses to interventions and evolving conditions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuous treatment. Qualifications: Valid RN license with current state registration. 2-3 years of ER or Trauma Center experience. Proficient in managing ventilator, tracheostomy, and gastrostomy tubes, as well as medication titration. BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and AHA Stroke certification required.
