Description What You'll Be Responsible For

• Conduct a range of routine and advanced laboratory tests covering areas like chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering strictly to designated protocols.
• Evaluate and interpret lab results with precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform ongoing maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Participate in specimen collection procedures and prepare samples for further testing as needed.
• Document all processes meticulously, guide new staff and interns, and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe laboratory environment and strictly adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within the first year of employment.
• Ensure ongoing certification throughout your career with us.
