Family Medicine Physician (Outpatient Primary Care)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Klamath Falls, OR

Job Summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered outpatient practice. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform wellness exams and preventive health screenings
• Coordinate care with specialists and support services
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Educate patients on wellness and disease prevention
  

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Oregon medical licensure
• Strong clinical and patient communication skills
  

Position Highlights

• 100% Outpatient
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Flexible hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Limited telephone call only
• No in-person weekend call
