Key Responsibilities
- Meet with families to discuss their life insurance needs
- Present Final Expense coverage options and clearly explain policy benefits
- Help clients select coverage that aligns with their goals and budget
- Complete applications accurately and professionally
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain existing relationships
- Manage appointments, sales activity, and follow-up independently
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be coached
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable meeting with clients in person
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus
- Must hold an active Illinois Life Insurance License or be willing to obtain one—we’ll help guide you through the process
Important Compensation Information
This is a 1099 independent-contractor position with commission-only compensation. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary. Earnings vary based on individual activity, sales performance, and consistency.
