Strategic M&A Counsel for Mining & Tech

Mariana Minerals is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to join our growing legal team. This hands-on role focuses on M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and other transactions as we expand our portfolio of mining and processing assets.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will manage transaction execution, due diligence, and contract negotiations, translating complex issues into practical guidance for cross-functional teams while upholding a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
