About Director of Nursing (DON) – Letort Spring Nursing and Rehab About Director of Nursing (DON) – Letort Spring Nursing and Rehab Location: Carlisle, PA Employment Type: Full-Time Letort Spring Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at our 109-bed skilled nursing facility in Carlisle, PA. As DON, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
