Construction Litigation Associate (4-7 Yrs Exp)

Job Details We are seeking a mid‑level associate to join a litigation team representing clients in complex construction and commercial disputes. This role offers substantive involvement across the full lifecycle of matters, from early case development through resolution. You will work closely with experienced attorneys while also taking on meaningful responsibility, including direct interaction with clients and participation in strategy. The position is well suited for an attorney looking to deepen their experience in dispute‑driven work within a collaborative, high‑performing team. Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year. Responsibilities Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions Take and defend depositions and assist in witness preparation Manage written discovery, including overseeing e‑discovery processes Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings Contribute to case strategy, claim development, and dispute resolution efforts Work closely with clients, experts, and internal teams on complex matters Qualifications 4–7 years of litigation experience Experience handling depositions and motion practice Exposure to construction‑related disputes or contract‑based litigation is a plus Familiarity with e‑discovery processes and case management Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Solid academic credentials Requirements Admission to practice in Florida Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and professional judgment Highly motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively Commitment to producing high‑quality work and client service Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
