Vice President- Credit Administration and Control

Responsibilities
- Manage core financial functions including general accounting, product costing, capacity planning, and time studies.
- Analyze operating costs and variances, delivering timely reviews of financial status and program performance to management.
- Prepare special studies, ad hoc analyses, and reports required by regulatory agencies.
- Maintain and improve accounting systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and internal control integrity.
- Manage payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Maintain audit binders and associated completion and reporting documentation.
- Coordinate external audits, working directly with auditors and completing the fiscal year-end audit binder.
- Develop and maintain forecasting and budgeting models to support sound financial planning.
- Contribute as a member of the Management Team in planning, budgeting, and implementing TQM and Best Methods initiatives.
- Supervise and develop accounting staff, setting clear expectations and supporting professional growth.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Bachelors degree plus five years of relevant, industrial experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Monthly forecast and results reporting, annual budget preparation and semi-annual performance reviews.
