This mid-size medical center in Renton, Washington provides specialized hematology and oncology services within an outpatient and clinic setting. The facility maintains a multidisciplinary clinical support team that includes a Medical Assistant, Scheduler, RN Navigator, Palliative Care provider, Oncology Social Worker, Oncology Financial Coordinator, and Oncology Pharmacist to support coordinated patient care delivery. About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide outpatient hematology and oncology coverage on-site in Renton, Washington, 4-5 days per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, managing 12-16 patients per day with 0-2 new consults expected daily. The clinical scope encompasses general hematologic and oncologic conditions within an outpatient and clinic setting, with call coverage required on a 1:5 rotation. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the Epic EMR system with Beacon for Chemo utilized for chemotherapy-related documentation and treatment planning. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology, an active Washington state license, prescriptive authority, and hospital privileges are required for this assignment.
