Job Description & Requirements Interim Intermediate Critical Care Stepdown Manager Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $165,000 – $175,000 annually The Position Provide operational and clinical leadership for a critical care intermediate stepdown unit, ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement. Report to the Director of Clinical Care. Determine appropriate staffing levels to meet organizational goals, participate in unit budget development, monitor compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, supervise nursing staff, support shared governance initiatives, and maintain alignment with Pathway to Excellence and Magnet standards. Lead critical care teams in a fast‑paced environment, manage experienced and newly hired staff, and foster a collaborative culture. Must be level‑headed, approachable, accountable, organized, patient‑focused, and adaptable. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements BSN required; MSN preferred. Active RN license required. Minimum of two years of recent (within the last five years) documented critical care experience and a minimum of two years of recent documented experience in a supervisory, lead, or clinical program role. Compensation Details Compensation Range: $165,000 – $175,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, per Fair Market Value evaluation.
