Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Design to communicate artwork design and colors to millsResponsible for managing and tracking strike-offs from millsSending comments to mills and documenting in airtableTracking WIP progress and reporting stats weeklyShipping color standards and artwork to print millsReceiving strike-offs/sample yardage from mills to present to design and prepare meeting agendaFiling & maintaining seasonal strike-off bindersResponsible for maintaining print archive - keeping print area organized/cleanOrganize and maintain XD/Airtable bases for Collection PrintsPrepping for design meetings - assisting with putting presentations togetherCode and approve invoices in AribaAssist with other department tasks as needed
