Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience in corporate or multi-unit environments
• Proven leadership experience managing HR teams
• Strong expertise in developing HR policies, procedures, and scalable processes
• Experience overseeing employee lifecycle management, compensation strategies, and learning & development programs
• Familiarity with HR systems and technologies, including payroll and recruiting platforms
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development

Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience with HRIS implementations, technology selection, and digital transformation initiatives
• Track record of building or managing structured learning and development programs
• Strong knowledge of compensation strategy aligned with market and internal equity considerations
• Background in strategic HR leadership within larger, sophisticated organizations with formalized HR practices
• Experience managing or partnering with Safety functions is a plus

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of overall HR strategy and organizational development initiatives
• Manage and mentor an HR team composed of managers, generalists, and recruiters
• Build and enhance HR infrastructure, including policies, processes, and technology systems
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, promotions, and performance management
• Drive compensation strategy and Learning & Development program design and delivery
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration
• Potentially oversee the Safety department, including training and regulatory compliance
• Develop a long-term HR roadmap to support company growth and scalability across multiple locations
