Controls Engineer

We are currently seeking a Controls Engineer to join our client's team in Steeleville, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controls and automation systems, as well as experience in the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities Design and develop control systems for manufacturing processes, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Develop and maintain documentation for control systems and processes Stay current with industry trends and advancements in control systems technology Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in controls engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI design, and SCADA systems Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens control systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for growth and advancement A dynamic and collaborative work environment Training and development programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
