Clinical Sales Specialist II at Masimo supports medical technology products and builds relationships with healthcare clinicians and stakeholders across Long Island, New York. This remote-eligible role involves consulting on workflow solutions, expanding product adoption, and managing customer partnerships with hospital systems.
Responsibilities
- Consult with healthcare partners to identify clinical solutions that improve care efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and execute customer strategy with Account Manager to support strategic initiatives
- Uncover expansion opportunities and work toward territory sales objectives
- Lead on-site implementations, evaluations, and projects as Clinical Specialist
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and product support to maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- At least 2 years of critical care or related clinical experience
- Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse credential
- Current state and/or professional license requirements
- Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to travel extensively, minimum 50% overnight
Compensation: $85,000-$120,000 base, plus variable compensation up to $20,000 based on sales targets
