Fire Protection Engineer
Virtual Vocations Inc
To ensure compliance with fire safety standards, the contract Fire Protection Engineer will develop and review fire protection system designs, conduct site inspections, and prepare technical documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Develop and review fire protection systems designs for compliance with codes and standards
Collaborate with project teams to integrate fire safety considerations into building plans
Conduct site inspections and assessments of existing fire protection systems
Required qualifications
Bachelors degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of fire safety codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, IFC)
Previous experience in fire protection system design and assessment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
