Our management believes success starts by putting employees first.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:As our Lead Electrician - Electrical Technician, you'll act as a go-to expert, handling advanced troubleshooting and ensuring flawless electrical operation across HVAC systems. Your day will include:Diagnosing and repairing residential low- and high-voltage systemsSupporting complex electrical challenges with confidence and accuracyWorking on both new construction and renovationsServing residential and commercial job sitesYOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:7+ years of electrical trade experienceExperience leading complex custom new construction homes and renovationsExperience working on commercial jobsA clean driving record; aggressive drivers, please do not applyA valid Master Electrician License or Journeyman LicenseExperience with panelized lighting controlsA Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Southwest Florida codesIf you're ready to bring your skills somewhere they're respected, apply today and become a key part of Caloosa Cooling's future as our Lead Electrician - Electrical Technician!
