About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Food Service Operations to lead large-scale food service operations, oversee team performance, and drive operational excellence across one or more locations.

This leadership role is responsible for multi-unit operations, financial performance, budgeting, cost management, quality assurance, and client relationship management . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-volume food service environments, developing high-performing teams, maintaining compliance, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale food service operations, ensuring exceptional service quality and operational efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and manage teams while establishing performance expectations and accountability.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial targets, and operational costs.
• Monitor business performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and operational growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support hiring, employee development, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience .
• Approximately 4–5 years of related food service or operations experience .
• Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-unit food service operations.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in high-volume operational environments.
• Experience managing client relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of quality management, compliance, and operational performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
