Human Resources Manager

Dizario Search is conducting a search for a Human Resource Manager for a well-established manufacturing organization near Millersburg, OR serving the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets, . This is a highly visible leadership role focused on employee engagement, retention, leadership development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. What You'll Do Partner with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and operational priorities Lead recruiting, retention, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives Advise supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance management, and employment practices Lead and develop the site HR team while supporting leadership development Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and oversee HR processes Monitor workforce metrics and drive continuous improvement in HR processes, retention, and organizational effectiveness Required Qualifications Proven HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices Experience with employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and retention Demonstrated ability to lead and develop an HR team Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality, sound judgment, and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification Experience supporting a large employee population in a manufacturing environment Experience with HRIS, compensation, benefits, and organizational development Bilingual English/Spanish skills and a strong continuous improvement mindset This is a great opportunity for a Human Resource Manager looking to have a direct impact on employee engagement, retention, leadership development, compliance, and organizational performance within a growing manufacturing organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dizario Search
