Program ManagerServes as subject matter expert, providing regulatory, technical and analytical guidance to programs and projects resulting from Federal and/or State laws and regulations.Mandates Implementation Group (Makes sure compliance is meet when new guidelines are issues State and Federal regulations that are passed). This group deals more with Federal regulations.Beth Manages both Program Managers and Project Managers in the groupWill be dealing with transparency as it relates to providers and transparency as it relates to consumers.PMP is required. Needs a ton of business and strategic exp managing large scale software dev projects. Not necessarily just IT exp. Needs to be able to handle both business side and really just have an understanding of IT. Strategic Program Mgmt exp at the corporate levelAgile environmentLooking for Healthcare insurance expACA Project Delivery exp if highly preferredAlso having claims, provider networking and contracting exp is beneficialWill manage several projects related to transparency: provider directory, pricing transparency (how much CF would pay for a service), etc...Shoot for local first, then transition out to non-local but willing to relocateMore than likely will have PMs reporting to she/he from a matric perspective. But they could be running projects themselvesProjects ranging from 5-10 million dollarsRegulatory and compliance understanding/background is helpful as well
