Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

Job Title: PRN RN Field Assessor Location: Albuquerque, NM Responsibilities The Registered Nurse Field Assessor will complete Long Term Care insurance assessments, which include: Collecting claimant demographics, physician information, and a current medication list Evaluating the claimant’s functional level of independence Conducting a brief cognitive screening Assessing the claimant’s ability to perform ADL and IADL tasks Using a point‑of‑care web application/system on a laptop or tablet for real‑time documentation Required Qualifications Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice Current CPR certification Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of RN experience Ability to work independently Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills Pay Target Pay: $71,677 – $107,516 Hourly Pay Range: $34.46 – $51.69 Per Visit Point Pay Range: $41.35 – $62.03 Benefits It is a non‑benefits position.
