Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system. Location Clinic Address : 20 W 5th St. Peru, IN 46970 Qualifications & Pay Range Qualifications: Graduate of a CAPTE‑accredited PT program Current or pending state licensure BLS certification Strong interpersonal skills and team‑oriented mindset Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day) Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary : $80,000–$105,000/year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign‑On Bonus : Available in select locations!
